What is a gate e-service?
GATE e-Service is an e-Service provided by Ministry of Tertiary Education and Skills Training (MTEST) with the purpose to automate student GATE application, TLI verification and batching, and Clearance approval of GATE application in order to provide and end-to-end workflow that enables GATE application could be administered more efficiently.

What is the GATE programme?
The GATE Programme advances Government’s philosophy for developing human capital, entrepreneurship and for permitting access to education for all. Using the GATE eService, students will be able to access the GATE Programme through online submission of applications anytime and anywhere.
