Why there are no baby elves in LOTR?
Maybe the fact that no Elf children are mentioned in LOTR is because the Elves knew that their time was over, and that they didn’t want to have any more children. So in the time of the war of the Ring all the Elves that were then alive had already grown up and there were no children.
