Why did the Circle line change?
In December 2009 the closed loop of the line was changed to a loose spiral from Edgware Road to Hammersmith along part of the Hammersmith & City line. In 2013 new S stock trains started replacing the C stock, as part of Transport for London’s ambitious Four Line Modernisation (4LM) programme.

Why is the Circle line so unreliable?
2. It’s redundant. The Circle line matches the routes of the District, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan lines. There is no stop on the stupid circular route that doesn’t have one of those three other lines passing through on the same track, so it’s completely unnecessary.
