Can I change my Firefly ticket?
Passengers who choose to exercise their option to change their flight date or flight time will have to contact Firefly’s Call Centre at +6 03 7845 4543 to make changes to their bookings. This must be done not less than 48 hours prior to schedule flight departure.
What is the expiration date on Firefly check in?
The utilization and travel date of Firefly Passport must be within the validity period (3 months or 6 months) to purchase Firefly’s flight tickets (Domestic flight only one way or return flight).
Is Firefly a budget airline?

Can you leave and reenter Firefly?
No Re-entry If you leave the Firefly event, you will not be re-admitted. Be prepared with enough water, food, and supplies for the duration of the event. If you forget something, ask a friendly Firefly if they can help you out.

You can’t change your reservation online once you’ve checked in. Contact Reservations for assistance. If you’re unable to make your flights, contact Reservations prior to your flight’s departure to retain the value of your ticket. Charges or penalties may apply for changes, depending on the fare paid for the ticket.
