Do you have to book King Alfred?
Activities and classes can be booked 14 days in advance by members and 7 days in advance for non members. If the activity requires payment you will need to pay at time of booking. Online bookings can be made up to 60 minutes prior to the start time.

Who is Alfred last kingdom?
Alfred of Wessex was a main character in both The Saxon Stories novel series, and The Last Kingdom television series. He was the prince, later King of the Wessex. He eventually styled himself as the “King of the Anglo-Saxons”, and is driven by a vision for a united Kingdom of all the English (England).
