What is polyurea grease?
Polyurea grease is a non-soap thickened grease that is becoming widely accepted as the best option for long life applications such as electric motor bearings, automotive and off highway constant velocity joints and seal for life applications.
What happens when you mix greases?
Mixing of different greases can result in changes in physical and performance characteristics, leading to inferior properties of either of the original greases before mixing. Mixing incompatible greases often results in softening, but may also lead to hardening.
Is polyurea grease petroleum based?
Mineral-oil-based grease, derived from petroleum, is more economical than synthetic-oil-based grease. Grease with polyurea thickener has excellent heat resistance and good moisture and oxidation resistance.

- The dropping point of the mixture is not significantly lower than that of the individual greases.
- The mechanical stability of the mixture is within the range of consistency of the individual greases.
