How do Crye Precision pants fit?
The G4 Combat Pant is true to size, once washed: I take 36R in AC and G3. 36R is also good for me in G4. However, if the size you buy fits perfectly out of the bag, it’s likely you need to size up.
Is Crye Precision the best?
The Crye Precision Uniform proved to be the most durable, with the best performances in five out of seven tests. Arc’teryx LEAF placed second, but did not significantly outperform the standard issue Army uniform.
How should Crye G3 pants fit?
NOTE: The G3 Combat Pant are sized to accurately match your waist. To determine the correct size, measure your waist where your pants normally fall. If you are between waist sizes, we recommend going with the larger size G3 Combat Pant. The Combat Pants have a VELCRO® brand closure that allows 1.5″ of waist adjustment.

Is Crye overpriced?
The reason is simple – they agree that it’s expensive and the supreme quality is generally unnecessary for most purposes short of actual combat. Then comes airsoft. You can still find plenty of people using the low-to-mid tier equipment, but the number of people with genuine Crye increases dramatically.
