How old do you have to be to do Go Ape at Trent Park?
Go Ape’s philosophy lies with adventure and encouraging everyone to live life adventurously. We don’t put an upper age limit on our adventures- after all, there is no age limit on having fun.
Where is best go ape?
If you’re up for the challenge of testing our most extreme adventures, we’d first suggest heading over to Go Ape Grizedale, Cumbria, where our site is located right in the heart of the sumptuous scenery of the Lake District.

Does Go Ape Alexandra Palace have lockers?
At Go Ape we can put small valuables like keys and phones in our cabin lockers but do not store large items such as bags, coolers and children. Remember to take your children with you though!
What is going ape?
Definition of go ape 1 : to become very excited The kids go ape whenever they hear that song. 2 : to become very angry Mom really went ape when I got home late.
Can you be too tall for Go Ape?
Go Ape designs its adventures to be as accessible as possible. Our high ropes courses require a degree of physical fitness but if you can climb up a rope ladder you will be fine.
Can adults use Go Ape?
Suitable for anyone who is 1.4m and ten years old, except at our eight continuous belay sites where participants only need to be 1.4m tall.
Do you have to wear gloves at Go Ape?
Participants must wear gloves. Gloves can be brought from home or are available for purchase at Go Ape. Long hair has to be tied back, waists covered and body piercings and jewelry removed or taped over. You may want to bring a change of clothing for the journey home.
Is Alexandra Palace standing only?
Alexandra Palace is an all-standing venue.
