What beach is the Kiahuna Plantation on?
Our condo resort is set upon Hale o ia Beach, a fantastic swimming beach just steps from your vacation rental’s door. You’ll have access to a resort-style pool with waterslide, spa, superbly-equipped fitness center, and tennis courts at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club.
Does Kiahuna Plantation have a pool?
The main draws for families at Kiahuna Plantation are the generously sized one- and two-bedroom condos with full kitchens and pullout sofas, the gentle on-site beach, and the pool across the street with waterslides. Pool has waterslides and mini-waterfalls, but it’s across a busy street.
Can you walk from Kiahuna Beach to Poipu Beach?
Yes. Poipu Beach is about a 5 minute walk from Kiahuna. If you stand on Kiahuna beach turn to the left and that’s the way to Poipu Beach.
When did Kiahuna Plantation Open?
They range from garden views to ocean front. Developed in 1979, the property features gorgeous mature tropical landscaping and gardens, ponds, lush green rolling lawns, the renowned Moir Cactus Garden, and an onsite restaurant, Plantation Gardens.
Is Kiahuna beach swimmable?

Turn right on Kapili Road (at Sheraton Kauai sign) and go to the end of the road and turn left on Hoonani Road. Take Hoonani to the end where there is parking along the road as well as a public parking lot on the left, back just a bit. The beach will be on your right. Public facilities are available.

There is a parking lot directly across the street that is very large, all free, the Hawaii way 🙂 over a year ago. Parking is free, beaches are free.
