What is Euromap?
EUROMAP is the European umbrellas association of plastics and rubber machinery manufacturers. It provides technical recommendations for this branch defining besides others mechanical and electrical interfaces between the machines.
What Euromap 12?
Euromap 12 is the first and oldest version of the electrical interface between IMM and robot. Though the recommendation has been superseded by E67 ten years ago it is still widely used because many old IMMs are still in operation. UR do not sell robots with a E12 interface.

What Euromap 77?
Euromap 77 is a relatively young standard, which has established a common interface for injection molding machines for all injection molding machines manufacturers. Euromap 77 supercedes the Euromap 63 and is based on OPC UA, which is one of the most widely used Industry 4.0 protocolls.
