Can I apply to both EY and EY-Parthenon?
Our programs and your EY-Parthenon career. You will join either EY-Parthenon’s Associate Program (for undergraduates) or our Consultant Program (for MBA or Life Sciences PhDs).
How do I work for EY-Parthenon?
To qualify for the role you must have
- At a minimum, a bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance and at least 5 years of related work experience..
- Experience managing business strategy and M&A strategic diligence projects in complex environments..
Is it hard to get into EY-Parthenon?
Compared to a typical corporate interview, interviewing at EY and their strategy subsidiary Parthenon is very difficult. EY-Parthenon uses a combination of case interviews, behavioural interviews, and group case presentations to evaluate candidates.
Is EY-Parthenon elite?
EY Parthenon is more “elite” than EY advisory. They only recruit from target schools and rarely even associate with EY advisory. EY Parthenon is far superior. The culture, compensation, and exit opportunities are one of the best in the industry.
